Student Bill of Rights

The Student Bill of Rights is a resolution officially passed by the FUSD Board of Education on September 9th, 2020. SURFBoardE worked with GenUp Fremont to advocate for the creation of the Student Bill of Rights which details 15 unalienable rights that all FUSD students have. The purpose of the document is to empower students to use their voice, ensure student voices are protected, and ensure all students know their rights in FUSD. The final resolution can be seen below.
