2020-2021 Elementary Enrollment

Enrollment is now open for 2020-2021


Step 1: Email or call (510) 771-7067 for Ms. Vicky Trucios with the following information:

  • Indicate this email is for Enrollment
  • Parent name
  • Student name
  • Student birth date
  • Full street address
  • Move in date
  • Parent email address
  • Phone number

Note: Within 1-2 business days you will receive a response email from SmartVault asking you to activate your account. SmartVault is a secure document transmission solution we are using to process your enrollment remotely.

Step 2: Upload the information requested in the Forms and Documents Checklist into SmartVault.

Forms and Documents Checklist:

  • Elementary Enrollment Packet 
  • Student proof of birth (birth certificate or passport)
  • Student immunization record (updated by the first day of school 8/26/2020)
  • Parent ID
  • 2 proofs of residency in Fremont within 30-45 days such as:
    • Lease/mortgage statement, utility bill, pay stub, government mailing or car registration
    • New PG&E Service Confirmation emails that include Name, Date & Address are acceptable
    • New Builds require a Final Close of Escrow Letter
    • No credit cards, cable bills, bank or insurance statements
  • Copy of your child's IEP, if applicable.
