Bay Area Community Health (Tri-City Health Center) offers full-spectrum Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and Vision care to children and adults. Our services are free or low cost, available in many languages, and accessible from our mobile unit within Fremont schools and 5 fixed sites in Fremont, Newark, and Union City.

Fremont Family-Resource-Center FRC is a welcoming place where families and individuals are provided quality services to build on their own strengths to help themselves. Services range from mental health counseling, CalFresh (food stamps), vocational services, coordinated case management, and financial counseling.

East Bay Agency For Children (EBAC) Fremont Healthy Start - Information on housing, rental, food, clothing and public benefits.

Asthma Start Program works with families of children with asthma by providing in-home case management services. The Asthma Start team provides education and support, and develops an action plan to assist families in controlling their children’s asthma.

Family Resource Specialists in this multilingual and multicultural program help local families access the support services available such as health insurance enrollment, translation and interpretation, child care information and referrals, and case management.

Alameda Health Systems provides family and pediatric services such as physical exams, immunizations, hearing and vision screenings, and nutritional counseling. Sliding scale discounts are available for eligible low-income patients.

Child Care Links assists parents seeking child care by providing referrals and information on available child care options in the Fremont area.

Regional Center of the East Bay supports persons with developmental disabilities and their families with the tools needed to achieve lives of quality and satisfaction, and builds partnerships that result in inclusive communities.
