Flyer Distribution (eflyers) Peachjar

Our District cooperates with approved community partners by posting eflyers online and distributing them electronically through our service provider, Peachjar. This supports our efforts to be more environmentally friendly.

To request flyer approval, follow the steps below. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to all parents and posted online. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

  1. Visit
  2. Register as an Enrichment / Community Org. (account type).
  3. Upload your flyer for approval.

Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the School or District office. Staff will review the material and approve or deny based on the standards below. Peachjar charges a fee for this service that is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers to each school. 


Here are some guidelines to help you when you receive flyers or request to distribute them:

  • Only information from non-profit organizations is allowed to be sent through the schools. 

  • ALL flyers are subject to District and School approval. Payment through Peachjar does not guarantee distribution of your information to FUSD schools and families. Flyer requests can be denied at any time. Organizations will be credited for any information that is not distributed. 

  • No approvals will be granted for activities (tutoring, music lessons, art instruction, etc.) that take place in a private residence. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

  • Flyer approval does NOT constitute an endorsement from FUSD.

  • Flyer distribution requests can be denied at any time.  This is true even if your organization has been approved in the past.    

  • SCHOOL STAFF ONLY: Flyers from the City of Fremont or the Recreation Department, the Fremont Education Foundation and the Alameda County Libraries are allowed and automatically approved. Please provide them with the number of classes and how many per class so they can send you the flyers bundled for distribution.

If an organization does not follow the guidelines, the organization will no longer be able to send flyers through the schools.

Looking to eliminate backpack clutter, save trees and create a more efficient system of distributing information, the Fremont Unified School District (FUSD) has partnered with Peachjar to provide electronic flyer distribution for its families.

Beginning Monday, October 3rd 2016, FUSD will utilize Peachjar to create digital flyers sent directly to parents via email as visually-engaging images right on their smartphone or computer screen. Additionally, all flyers will be available through links posted to each school’s website. Parents will be able to click to register their children for youth sports, enrichment programs, and community events. By using this new system, FUSD expects to eliminate the need to print hundreds of thousands of copies of flyers per year. Additionally, the school district will no longer incur the administrative burden and costs associated with paper flyer distribution.

Peachjar provides this service at no charge to FUSD. Community partners who wish to distribute flyers to FUSD families will be asked to visit Peachjar’s website and pay a small service fee to have their information uploaded and distributed. This cost will typically be much less than the expense to print hundreds or even thousands of copies.

Parents and guardians will receive a welcome email from Peachjar that will include a username and password. This is provided to give families the opportunity to manage their accounts and delivery preferences. It is not necessary to login to receive or view school eflyers. This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. E-mail addresses will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
