Fremont Unified School District (District) will accept sealed bids for comprehensive proposals for all labor, materials equipment and services necessary for the replacement of low slope roofing.

A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on March 07, 2024 at 10 am at:

Fremont Unified School District (District) will accept sealed bids for comprehensive proposals for all labor, materials equipment and services necessary to perform flooring abatement.

If a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit (“Site Visit”) is required as referenced in the Notice Inviting Informal Bids, then Bidders must submit the Site Visit Certification with their Bid. District will transmit to all prospective Bidders of record such Addenda as District in its discretion considers necessary in response to questions arising at the Site Visit. Oral statements shall not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective. Addenda issued by the District as a result of the Site Visit, if any, shall constitute the sole and exclusive record and statement of the results of the Site Visit.

Bidders shall submit the Non-Collusion Declaration with their Bids. Bids submitted without the Non-Collusion Declaration shall be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered.

Late Submittals Will Not Be Accepted or Considered

The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. In no event will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing a response to this RFP. The District also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. All Respondents will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the project which will be posted in the same manner as the RFP documents.
