387-10-18-22 Bid Single Rider Student Transportation Services

Fremont Unified School District is seeking bids for the following contract (“Contract”): Single-Rider Student Transportation Services Bid No. 387-10-18-22

Sealed Bids will be received until Thursday, November 10, 2022 before 5 p.m.

All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the Instruction to Bidders and all pertinent Contract Documents.

Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening. Pursuant to Education Code section 39802, the District seeks to procure the service at the lowest possible price consistent with proper and satisfactory service. The District may award the contract or contracts to other than the lowest bidder. The District also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award multiple contracts for services on an as-needed basis to multiple, different bidders.

386-10-07-22 RFQ/P Program Management for Measure E Bond Program

Fremont Unified School District is seeking statements of qualifications and proposals for professional Program Management services for the District’s Measure E Bond Program and projects thereunder.

If you have any questions regarding this RFQ/P please email Daniel Hillman at dhillman@fusdk12.net before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2022. Questions and answers are posted.

Responses due by Tuesday, November 1, 2022 before 2 p.m.

Respondents to the RFQ/P should mail or deliver five (5) bound copies, one (1) unbound copy, and one (1) electronic copy on CD or flash drive of their Submittal, labeled “RFQ/P # 386-10-07-22 Submittal,” to:

Late Submittals Will Not Be Accepted or Considered

The District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The District makes no representation that participation in the RFP process will lead to an award of contract or any consideration whatsoever. In no event will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing a response to this RFP. The District also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. The District reserves the right to change the dates on the schedule without prior notice. All Respondents will be responsible for obtaining any addendums or revisions to the project which will be posted in the same manner as the RFP documents.
