Breakfast and lunch meals are free for all Fremont Unified School District Students.

 

Meal Applications are no longer necessary to receive a free breakfast or lunch meal.

(Household income will still determine eligibility status for additional, non-meal, related benefits)

Refund of Prepaid Account

ALL Refund Request Forms need to be submitted to the Child Nutrition Department at 4210 Technology Drive, Fremont, CA 94538 by mail or in person. You can also fax to (510) 659-2566 or email complete forms to Linda Hottinger at [email protected].

It takes 6-8 weeks for processing and a refund check will be mailed to your address.

Please note that the school cafeteria does not process any refund requests.

The Nutrition Services department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices.

Meals, foods and beverages sold or served at schools meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines. We provide students with access to a variety of affordable and appealing foods that meet the health and nutrition needs of students.
