 Program Options
Classes are Monday through Thursday with available class times between 9:00 am and
12:30 pm. There is also a night-time option from 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm.  HSLC is a self-paced
lab environment where students can complete coursework in multiple subjects
to fulfill
graduation requirements.
This is a good option for those who require more flexibility in their
schedule and can work
independently with minimal instruction.  Regular attendance is required.
To help students possessing the appropriate reading/skill level who cannot attend our regularly
scheduled classes or the High School Learning Center, Fremont Adult and Continuing
Education has a Independent Study (IS) option.  This option involves meeting weekly or
bi-weekly with an instructor for support and testing while completing the coursework
(reading, video, software and written assignments) independently at home.  This is a good
option for highly motivated students who work well on their own,  Enrollment in this option
is very limited and must be approved by a counselor.  Independent Study intake is by
appointment only.
